By using Etoll-flow.com and any of our services (including tag registration, invoice processing and fleet integration), you agree to our Terms of Service. These terms govern permitted use, payment processing, account management, and suspension of service for non-compliance.
- Services are provided under Irish law and subject to Irish jurisdiction.
- Accurate vehicle and payment details are the responsibility of the user.
- We process toll charges and issue invoices as an administrative service; toll liabilities arise under relevant toll operator rules.
- We reserve the right to suspend service for fraudulent activity or repeated unpaid tolls.

Liability, toll disputes and disclaimers
We act as an intermediary to help manage toll payments and account information. Liability for actual toll charges, penalties or statutory fines remains with the vehicle owner unless otherwise agreed under a commercial contract.

- We do our best to submit accurate toll charges, but toll operator records are authoritative.
- We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect vehicle details supplied by users.
- We do not give tax, legal or financial advice; seek professional advice for commercial fleet compliance.
Dispute resolution, complaints and governing law
For complaints about our services, please contact our Compliance & Legal Dept. in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge any written complaint within 7 working days and to resolve it within 30 days.
