Dispute resolution, complaints and governing law

For complaints about our services, please contact our Compliance & Legal Dept. in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge any written complaint within 7 working days and to resolve it within 30 days.

How to raise a dispute

  2. If unresolved, escalate in writing to the Data Protection Officer at dpo@etoll-flow.com.
  3. If still unresolved, you may contact the Irish Data Protection Commission or pursue alternative dispute resolution methods.

Governing law: These terms and any dispute arising therefrom are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where EU consumer rules provide otherwise.

Company details

Invoices issued by E-toll flow reflect administration and toll charges we process on your behalf. Discrepancies should be reported within 30 days. We will investigate and correct genuine errors.
